Our mission
Hello!
We are ACYLS, the Association of ChemistrY and Life Sciences.
We are associated with the chemistry and life sciences master of the PSL university. Our association is responsible for helping the new students each year feel well integrated into the program.
We organize events so that people can meet up, put in place a sponsorship program between old and new students, and maintain a link with the administration.

Francisca Figueiredo
President - Founding member
Francisca grew up in Porto, Portugal. She came to Paris in 2015 after highschool and did a first year of CPGE. After that, she did a three-year bachelor's on Life Sciences at the Université de Paris. She then joined our master in 2019. Francisca is interested in inorganic chemistry and its applications to life sciences!
Pauline Combe
Secretary - Founding member
Pau grew up in the south of France where she obtained her bachelor degree's in chemistry in Montpellier. She joined our master in 2019 in order to do more biology. She would be glad to help you if you have any question about the master or student life tips. Do not hesitate to get in touch!
Fayrouz Annab
Treasurer - Founding member
Fayrouz grew up in Paris, she did a bachelor degree in Chemistry and Biology at the University Paris 12. She joined the master in 2019 in order to do academic research in nanomedicine and biotechnologies.

The story behind our logo!
Our logo was drawn by Rudy and designed by Ben! The idea was to mix Chemistry and Biology and to represent the essence of our master!

Rudy was born and raised in Kinshasa, D.R.Congo. In 2016, he came to Paris to follow his bachelor's studies in Life Sciences option Chemistry at the University Paris 13. He joined the master in 2019. His preferred field of is organic chemistry, applied to medical and industrial sectors.
